Aspinal Of London Creates Flagship At St. James's Market
Law firm Howard Kennedy advised Aspinal of London on its new flagship store at St. James’s Market in the heart of London’s West End. The store will be Aspinal’s largest to date, extending to 3,370 SF — including a mezzanine floor — showcasing its full collection of premium hand-crafted products across a series of rooms that highlight the "lifestyle journey".
Aspinal will be joining other premium brands at St. James’s Market, including Jigsaw, the first UK stores for Paul and Shark, Swiss cycling brand ASSOS and Smeg.
The development, owned jointly by Oxford Properties and The Crown Estate, also includes a number of new restaurants, including Nordic Aquavit, Ole and Steen’s Danish Bakery, Salt Yard’s Veneta, Urban Tea Rooms and the Japanese Anzu.
Howard Kennedy senior associate Vanessa Laundon and partner Nicky Stewart advised Aspinal.
