Avignon Capital Buys White Stuff Building In Norwich
Avignon Capital snapped up a 6k SF Georgian terraced building in Norwich for £1.9M.
White Stuff occupies the ground and basement level, while the upper floors are let to Nigel Evan Matthews, who has operated a successful hair salon from this location since 1963.
The location benefits from brisk pedestrian flow between Jarrold department store and Castle Mall at the intersection of London and Castle streets, a location with an increasing number of aspirational brands such as Laura Ashley, Crew Clothing, Gap and Cath Kidston.
This is Avignon Capital’s second acquisition in Norwich. The European property investment company recently purchased the Old School House in Shoreditch, a 4,588 SF converted church schoolhouse.
