Five New Tenants Sign On At Royal Exchange
Oxford Properties welcomed five new retailers to luxury shopping destination The Royal Exchange. Aspinal of London, Grind & Co, Orlebar Brown, Halcyon Days and TD Tom Davis signed leases for units in the 46k SF 16th century building flanked by Cornhill and Threadneedle Street.
Luxury eyewear purveyor TD Tom Davis is set to open its fourth store at the Royal Exchange this autumn alongside the jewelry retailer Halcyon Days, which opened its first store in the City earlier this week. Aspinal of London signed a five-year lease in June following a successful period running a Christmas pop-up store at the scheme.
CBRE acted as leasing agent for Oxford Properties.
