Waterloo's Eurostar Terminal Set To Become Retail Centre
London & Continental Railways and Network Rail plan to create a 135k SF retail space in the former Eurostar terminal at Waterloo. The scheme will feature an ambitious mix of independent, high street and food stores spread across several floors, including a new mezzanine level and will rival the standard set by Birmingham New Street and St. Pancras International.
The restoration will also improve links to Leake Street and Lower Marsh, and complement the wider regeneration in the area where LCR and the Department for Transport are bringing old railway arches back into use next to the "Banksy graffiti tunnel".
Cushman & Wakefield and Union Street Partners are acting as joint leasing agents for LCR.
