Background: George Smith Partners, a national real estate investment banking firm, specializes in arranging financing for commercial and multifamily properties, including acquisition, construction, bridge and permanent loans, as well as mezz loans, highly leveraged participating loans, and JV equity. Since GSP's inception in 1992, the firm's tallied more than $35B in financings.
Recent Financings: A $93.5M construction and mezz loan for a retail/mixed-use development in Huntington Beach; a $62.2M bridge loan for a hotel resort in San Diego; and a $49.5M senior construction loan for an office and mixed-use center in Ventura.
