NAI Capital has named former CBRE Managing Director of Asset Services Eric Hasserjian as president and CEO of NAI Capital Management.
Hasserjian will be based out of NAI Capital’s west Los Angeles office.
Hasserjian will oversee property management solutions for commercial real estate owners and lead agency leasing efforts in Southern California, NAI officials said in a news release Thursday.
“Eric’s comprehensive asset management and operations background, working with institutional and private ownership on a regional and national basis, are a powerful addition to NAI Capital Management,” NAI Capital CEO Tim Foutz said in the news release. “We look forward to his contribution in expanding our property management services.”
Hasserjian said he plans to implement new strategies in property management to expand the company’s footprint.
“The way we manage properties is changing with an improved customer experience through technology and a hospitality approach,” Hasserjian said. “This will increase tenant satisfaction, which translates to retention and overall value for our clients.”
Hasserjian has more than three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining NAI, he served as CBRE’s managing director of Asset Services and NKF’s senior managing director.
