Attend Urban Land Institute’s Vaue-Add Event
The Urban Land Institute will be holding its much anticipated two-day course, Value-Add Real Estate Development and Investment, on Feb. 10 and 11 at the Marina Del Rey Marriott in Marina Del Rey. Avison Young principal Martin McDermott (pictured) will serve as the course leader. The goal: to help attendees develop a more systematic approach to the creative process of adding value to real estate, with the help of recognized industry experts drawn from ULI's senior leadership.
