LA Port Gets Honored
Sometimes, any old port in a storm won't do. So Colliers International has picked the top 10 ports—including the Port of LA—for its "Colliers A-Rated Port Award." The company surveyed some 200 ports across North America. LA was honored for its stellar fiscal management through the recession and for maintaining a top AA credit rating for the most consecutive years. Above, LA Port CFO Karl K.Y. Pan, second from left, accepts the award from Colliers VPs Adam Deierling of the Torrance office, Reid Wilbraham of the Ontario office, and executive managing director John Hollingsworth, who oversees Colliers' industrial property operations in the Greater LA Region.
