Redo on Utah Ave
El Segundo continues to evolve as a location for creative, tech, and new media companies, according to NSB Associates chairman Larry Field. His company has completed the $20M redevelopment of two buildings totaling 200k SF within Utah Avenue Campus, a 12-acre creative office campus. NSB acquired the property, which once served as a light manufacturing and R&D facility for Xerox, in 2008. (Are the buildings exact replicas of each other?) JLL's Mike McRoskey and Blake Searles are marketing the buildings, which can accommodate users needing 20k SF to 200k SF of contiguous space. This is the second phase of the redevelopment; Phase 1 was completed and leased to Time Warner Cable.
