What's Up with Optimal?
We snapped veteran LA broker Gene Page (at Bisnow's Construction & Development Summit in April) as he was preparing to launch a new firm. After splitting off from the Lindom Co (redeveloper of the former Irwindale Speedway), he's formed Optimal Real Estate. We know you've been clamoring for an update. So, we got one: Gene's client Parker Shumaker Mills is moving into 18k-plus SF of office space at the Pacific Financial Center, 800 W Sixth St. Charles Dunn Co repped the building.
The law firm took the entire fifth floor and a portion of the fourth, relocating from 801 S Figueroa Tower. Gene knows the fifth floor extremely well—his office was located there during his Charles Dunn days, where he spent nearly 10 years. Meanwhile, Gene's wife, Kim Page, is repping a recording studio tenant in yet another Charles Dunn listing.
