Crowdfunder AssetAvenue Raises Another $11M

The LA-based crowdfunder got the money in its Series A funding round, led by DCM Ventures. CEO and co-founder David Manshoory says the firm will use the capital to push the company's growth, which has already been brisk. We told you in January AssetAvenue funded about $24.2M in loans in the second half of 2014, beating its expectations, which were $10M for the whole year. The platform, which was launched last year, raised $3M in seed funding in September with Matrix Partners and NetEase.
