Inglewood Stadium Proposal Picking Up Steam
As NFL owners meet in Houston, a consensus is mounting for the San Diego Chargers and St. Louis Rams to share the proposed Inglewood stadium from Stan Kroenke.
However, if that deal comes through, the Oakland Raiders will be kept out of LA. The NFL owners could try to develop another scenario in which that team isn't left empty-handed if such a deal were to play out. The Raiders could move to another city in the near future, for example, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Disney CEO Bob Iger, who was chosen to oversee the competing $1.7B Carson stadium project, is expected to make a presentation to NFL owners in Houston this week. [LAT]
