Loyal readers will recall Allen Matkins' Rick Mallory alleging last summer that he was turning 70. Now he and wife Sandy, snapped Saturday night at downtown's hot (relatively) new Broken Spanish, have concocted an even bigger whopper—that these two young people are about to become grandparents this summer. We'll play along and offer congratulations!
