Playboy Mansion's Sale Price Revealed?

The Playboy Mansion has been sold but not for its original asking price of $200M.
The Holmby Hills estate is under contract for $105M.
Metropoulos & Co principal Daren Metropoulos has a contract to buy the mansion in what would mark the biggest sale for a house in LA County.
The current record was set a couple of years ago when the Fleur de Lys property on the Westside sold for $88.3M, according to the LA Times. The price was actually $102M, including the furniture and artwork.
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner would get to stay in the mansion as part of the deal. [LAT]
