RealtyMogul.com: Now Lending For Commercial Projects
RealtyMogul.com, the online marketplace for real estate financing, launched a commercial lending division, which builds on its previous arms of commercial equity and residential non-owner-occupied lending sectors. CEO Jilliene Helman tells us the goal: steer the lending platform toward sources of larger loan amounts for commercial real estate. The focus is on $1M to $10M loans, including private money, bridge and permanent financing. As part of this development, the company has appointed Philip Block as SVP of Commercial Lending and Megan Goodfellow as SVP, Head of Credit.
