Planning Commission To Review Changes At Mixed-Use Project At 9200 Wilshire Blvd.
The Beverly Hills Planning Commission will soon consider changes regarding plans for a five-story mixed-use condo development at 9200 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills.
The project, which is being developed by New Pacific Realty, was originally approved to build 54 units. The proposed modification would increase the number of units to 90 and reduce the retail space from 14K SF to 5,696 SF, the Beverly Hills Courier reports.
The project would take up a full city block. Richard Meier & Partners Architects is the architect.
It is scheduled to be discussed at the planning commission meeting June 22.
