Anaheim Hotel Near Disneyland Sold to Chinese Investor

CB SVP Rod Apodaca (pictured at Oktoberfest in Big Bear with his wife) repped the buyer in the 300-room Anaheim Plaza Hotel. Rod tells us the buyer is a Hong Kong real estate investment company, but wouldn't disclose specifics or the sale price. However, Bisnow's market sources tell us the hotel near Disneyland was sold for about $47M.
CB SVP Bob Kaplan (pictured with Rod at the famous Apple Pan) also repped the buyer. Bob told Bisnow earlier this year that the hotel market, particularly near Disneyland, was red hot. The hotel sits on 8.5-acres and was sold by an off-shore investor.
