AEG's Plans For LA Live Expansion Filed
AEG has finally submitted its plans to the LA Department of City Planning for its $500M expansion of the JW Marriott at LA Live.
The development is slated to add 755 guest rooms to the hotel, making it the second-largest hotel in the state, according to Urbanize LA.
A bridge for pedestrians over Olympic Boulevard would link the expansion to the current building.
The proposed project would also include 170k SF of conference and meeting space as well as 17,800 SF of retail and entertainment space on the ground floor. Gensler is designing the 38-story tower. [ULA]
