New Hotel And Residential Project Coming To Koreatown
Koreatown's Wilshire Galleria (3240 Wilshire Blvd), which was purchased for $49M by Harridge Development Group at the end of last year, will be transformed into a mixed-use development.
The adaptive reuse of the six-story former department store building would be joined by a new high-rise tower.
The development would include a hotel, restaurants, retail and 545 units—with 11% of all units reserved for very low-income housing, according to Urbanize LA.
The approximately two-acre property's zoning does not have a height limit.
As a result, the property would not require a general plan amendment. [ULA]
