The latest Allen Matkins UCLA Anderson Forecast Survey shows the SoCal industrial development market heating up. In large part, we have the immediate gratification generation to thank. (You industrial developers might want to send a card.) About 30% of the demand for industrial space stems from e-commerce, according to this video, which features all-stars like CBRE's Barbara Emmons (right), UCLA Anderson Forecast's Jerry Nickelsburg, Transpacific Development's Tom Irish, Overton Moore's Stan Moore, and Allen Matkins' Tony Natsis.
