Massive Mixed-Use To Replace Car Wash on Olympic and Fig
Downtown LA developer Ben Neman plans to replace a long-standing car wash across the street from LA Live with a high-rise hotel and mixed-used development.
A representative of his company, OLYMFIG26 LLC, filed plans for the project last week with the Los Angeles Department of Planning. Located on the northwest corner of Olympic Boulevard and Figueroa Street, the .83-acre project site links the booming South Park neighborhood with the Financial District. It will consist of 374 residential units, a 373-key hotel, nearly 33,500 SF of office space, a nearly 11k SF conference center and more than 65k SF of retail, according to Urbanize LA.
Plans include nightclubs and restaurants and above and below grade parking. [ULA]
