Mixed-Use Development Planned For Santa Monica Boulevard In Hollywood
A new mixed-use project by the Onni Group at 6901 Santa Monica Blvd is coming to Hollywood.
New renderings show the seven-story building designed by Roschen Van Cleve Architects will have 231 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. It will include 15 units for low-income housing, according to Urbanize LA.
There will be 15k SF of commercial space and 390 parking stalls. A study filed with the LA Department of City Planning refers to it as MR2 Lofts.
Construction could take up to 18 months. Santa Monica Boulevard has a lot of development underway this year. [ULA]
