Another Project Going Up In South Park

Placeholder

The owners of land at 1334-1348 South Flower St in DTLA are planning to tear down the buildings on the property to make way for a mixed-use project.

The proposed South Park development would consist of a seven-story building with possibly 146 units plus five live-work apartments and around 1,162 SF of commercial space or the same number of units with approximately 6,270 SF of commercial space, Urbanize LA reports.

The plans have been revealed in a case filing with the LA Department of City Planning. The building would be near the Blue and Expo Line trains toward Pico Station.

South Park is growing quickly. Another South Park project, WREN, is being developed by Togawa Smith Martin, and will consist of 362 units.

That development is being built as a partnership between Mack Urban, AECOM Capital and Capri Capital. [ULA]
