New Mixed-Use Project May Come To West LA
Next to its construction site at the old Buerge Ford Dealership in West LA, CIM Group is preparing to build another mixed-use development.
The five story, 154-unit project will be on the south side of Santa Monica Boulevard between Granville and Stone avenues, Curbed Los Angeles reports.
There also will be live/work units on the ground level, around 6K SF for restaurants and about 9K SF of retail.
Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects is the architect. Some buildings at the site will be demolished to make room for the development.
Nearby, the old Ford dealership will be replaced by a 147-unit project, also designed by Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects.
