Legacy Partners Starts $65M Reno Of Mariners Bay

Legacy Partners has started a $65M renovation of Mariners Bay, a 379-unit apartment community at 14000 Palawan Way in Marina del Rey.
The firm bought the 19-acre property last year in a JV with Prudential Real Estate. The renovation is being built and designed by Mike Rovner Construction and Area Architecture, according to GlobeSt.
The project is focusing on interior and exterior renovations with the first phase including an upgrade of 65 units and a new fitness center and leasing office. That phase is expected to be completed by May.
The entire renovation is scheduled to take around 2.5 years. [GS]
