Koreatown Apartments To Get Upgraded
The Ashmont in Koreatown may soon undergo a reno, thanks to its new owners, Vista Investment Group.
The firm bought the nearly 90-year-old apartments, which include studios and one-bedroom apartments, for $8.6M.
The makeover could include improvements to the building's common areas and exterior, restoring the building's hardwood floors, adding quartz countertops and other interior upgrades, Curbed reports.
The building was 90% occupied when Vista Investment Group purchased it and a 33-car parking lot next to it. [Curbed]
