Fairfax Village To Get New Multifamily Development
A multifamily development may soon be built on Fairfax Avenue.
After a competitive bidding process, the site known as SixThirtyNine (639-645 N Fairfax Ave) recently sold to Micropolitan Co. While residents will have views stretching from downtown LA to the Hollywood sign, more details about the project are unclear.
The firm bought the property, on 0.46 acres of land near Melrose Avenue, free of existing debt, according to Multi-Housing News.
Ness Holdings pocketed $11.1M as a result of the deal. HFF director Blake Rogers repped the seller. [MHN]
