Construction Work Begins On Four Seasons Residences
More than a year after the groundbreaking, construction is beginning at the Four Seasons Residences in Beverly Hills.
The 59-residence project is being built at 9000 West Third St. at the intersection of Third and Wetherly across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel LA at Beverly Hills.
HFF arranged $239M in financing for the development.
HFF worked on behalf of the project's developer, a partnership between Alcion Ventures and Genton Property Group for the three-year construction loan through funds managed by the Children’s Investment Fund Management Ltd.
The residences will feature townhouses and a 12K SF penthouse with a private swimming pool and garden on the top floor, Curbed Los Angeles reports.
The penthouse will also have a six-car garage.
The average unit size at the Four Seasons Residences will be 2,400 SF. The development will have three wings: The Tower, the Wetherly Wing and the Almont Wing.
While CallisonRTKL is the designer, Genton Property Group is also working on the development, which will include a heated outdoor lap pool, a fitness center and an IMAX theater for private movie screenings.
Construction is expected to be completed in mid-2019.
