New Plan For Proposed Apartments In West LA
Plans for the Landmark Apartments to be built on the site of the now-closed Pavilions at 11750 Wilshire Blvd appear to have recently been revised.
The 34-story glass building would have 376 apartment units. Sixteen of them would be set aside for low-income residents.
The proposal includes a recreation room and a fitness center, according to Urbanize LA.
Douglas Emmett plans to build a 25k SF park. Previous designs by Gensler showed 4,700 SF of retail space at the site, which is at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Granville Avenue.
The tower would use a parking garage now used for the Landmark II office complex.
The project could possibly be built in a little more than two years. [ULA]
