Bellwether Enterprise Brings 22 Employees To SoCal As Part Of Expansion
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment, is betting big on the West Coast.
The company has hired 22 new people in its new LA and San Diego offices and in its Irvine office.
The hires are part of the company's overall goal to expand nationwide, according to Bellwether Enterprise president Ned Huffman.
The West Coast move is predicted to add more than $1B in loan volume on a yearly basis, which would bring this year's total to $6B.
“By adding additional expertise to the market and expanding upon our product offerings, Bellwether Enterprise has become a true full-service platform in Southern California,” said Todd Harrop, executive vice president, national director of capital markets.
As part of the expansion, nine producers, four servicing staff and nine support staff will work out of the West Coast offices. Thirteen people will be based in LA, six will join the existing Irvine office and three will be in San Diego.
There is also a Bellwether Enterprise office in San Francisco.
