The Top Luxury Home Sales of 2015 in Los Angeles
Los Angeles and pricey homes seem to go hand in hand, and last year was no exception.
A $60M house in Malibu topped the list of the 10 most expensive single-family home sales of 2015. The 2.2-acre compound, sold by producer Marcy Carsey to Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman Jimmy Iovine, sits on a bluff and includes a 2,500 SF main house on a bluff, two guest houses, and a swimming pool and tennis court, according to the LA Times.
The least expensive house to make the list was a $32.7M, 10-bedroom estate in Beverly Crest that was sold by Guess co-founder Armand Marciano. It features 10 full bathrooms, 12 powder rooms, a game room, an elevator and 25k SF of living space. [LAT]
