After being on the market for $200M earlier this year, with the caveat Hugh Hefner gets to stay in the house for his lifetime as part of the sale, the Playboy Mansion finally sold in June to neighbor Daren Metropoulos.
However, it looks like the deal is off.
Daren, who reportedly bought the house for $110M, wanted to start renovating it right away, according to TMZ.
That idea did not sit well with Hef, who reportedly felt it would infringe on his life.
While the two have been going back and forth, it looks like it's back to the drawing board.
The Playboy Mansion went on the market again Monday. [TMZ]
