WC+A Adds To Row DTLA’s Creative Office
Creative advertising studio WC+A has signed a lease to occupy 12K SF of creative office space at Row DTLA in downtown Los Angeles.
The graphic design and conceptual advertising studio is relocating from its downtown South Grand Avenue location and will add to Row DTLA’s growing tenant base.
"Downtown L.A. has always been a natural fit for our company and as soon as we saw ROW DTLA it just felt like home,” WC+A co-founder and CEO Kevin Williams said in a news release. “It’s a unique space with great history, and beyond the beautiful offices, we were drawn to the range of amenities onsite, from great food and shopping to cultural events.”
The lease comes as Row DTLA continues to grow and positions itself as a premier retail and creative office destination.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Adjacent to LA’s Arts District and owned by New York-based Atlas Capital Group, the former Southern Pacific Railroad-built property has been converted into a 2M SF modern office and retail campus.
There are more than 40 retail and restaurant leases. When WC+A moves in September, the advertising studio will join tenants including UBTECH, APL, adidas, VF Corp., JBrand, Mitu, ARC and Good Films.
