Big Tenant In The Pipeline For Wilshire Grand
DTLA's Wilshire Grand Center, the tallest building on the West Coast, looks like it is about to sign a major tenant.
The Southern California Association of Governments is slated to sign a lease for approximately 44K SF, the LA Business Journal reports.
The building is scheduled to open to office tenants in the summer.
Korean Air Lines Co. owns the 73-story tower and is expected to occupy one floor. Cushman & Wakefield will also become a tenant.
The $1.2B development also has a 900-room InterContinental Hotel, more than 45K SF of retail and restaurants and around 360K SF of office space.
