We ran into Colliers EVP Nico Vilgiate Monday night at a party in Venice. After many years at CB, he's at Colliers now, leading its office leasing in SoCal. Colorful factoid: He and developer Chris Rising have been good friends since they played soccer together as six year olds in Glendale. Reached for comment, Chris said, "Yeah, he played defense, because that's where they put their worst players." Nico invites Chris to get back on the field and see about that.
