Beverly Center Plans To Wow Shoppers
Beverly Center's $500M reno is taking shape with new photos recently released of the shopping mall's top floor food hall, known as "The Street, A Michael Mina Social House."
The new photos reveal there will be plenty of glass with a panoramic view of LA from the food hall.
A big “waterfall” window 52 feet across extends up to a glass ceiling with sky and city views that include Hollywood Hills and DTLA, Curbed LA reports.
Rome's Studio Fuksas is the design architect for the reno of the 886K SF shopping center.
The gourmet food hall will offer a variety of cuisines from hawker stations similar to bazaars seen around the world.
Beverly Center will have other new chef-driven and some fast-casual restaurants that will be named in the coming months.
The reno is scheduled to be finished in time for the 2018 holiday season.
