New Look At Proposed Burbank Town Center
More details are being revealed about the second phase of the Burbank Town Center, thanks to new renderings.
The 16.5-acre project on the 37-acre property would include a 259-unit apartment building, a 15-story building with 70 condos, a seven-story building with 756 residential units, and 37,420 SF of retail and restaurant space.
A seven-story, 200-room hotel with 10k SF of restaurant space would be part of the development, Urbanize LA reports.
The buildings would replace around 241k SF of retail space within the existing shopping complex.
Crown Realty & Development is developing the project along with TCA Architects and MJS Landscape Architecture.
It is expected to be completed in 2020. [ULA]
