A private investor is channel surfing with Comcast in Miramar.

The unidentified investor purchased 15800 SW 25th St, a 92k SF operations and call center fully leased to Comcast in the Miramar Center Business Park, where some 800 employees are housed, for $22.8M, or $248/SF. Chicago-based Green Meadows Miramar, which, according to Foundation Directory Online, is attached through its address to the Sklare Family Foundation in Skokie, IL, was the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield's Dominic Montazemi, Scott O'Donnell and Greg Miller and CBRE Tom O'Loughlin brokered the deal for the seller. Officials with C&W declined to disclose the buyer or seller identities. The sale comes after Green Meadows and Comcast infused $3M into capital improvements in the facility.

Cushman & Wakefield also helped sell Meridian Premier Center, a three-building suburban office campus in Carrollwood. Worldwide Investments — headed by Tom Frederick — purchased the campus at 3901, 3920 and 3950 Premier North Drive in Tampa for $14.8M, or $142/SF. C&W's Mike Davis, Rick Brugge and Michael Lerner brokered the sale for Meridian Development Group and its JV partner, Blue Vista Capital.
