Another Day, Another Condo
Snapped at Le Parc at Brickells launch party recently: Parc Brickell One LLC managing members Henry Pino, Raimundo Onetto, and Patricio Ureta. They tell us that all of the propertys common areas will be designed by Ligne Roset, making Le Parc the first residential building in the US to entirely feature furnishings created by the French furniture company in all of its public spaces. (It's what Thomas Jefferson always wanted.)
Le Parc at Brickell is being developed by a JV between South Florida-based Strategic Properties Group and AXA Developers, which is a collaboration between Aconcagua, the largest publicly traded residential developer in Chile, and Miami-based Archiplan USA. The 128-unit condo property will have some other distinctions besides French furniture, such as the fact that it will be one of the first LEED-certified residential developments in the Brickell Financial District. Completion is slated for late 2014.
