Integra's Aventura ParkSquare Gets The Funds
Integra Investors health-conscious lifestyle mixed-use project appears to be a go, as the Miami developer has just secured a more than $30M construction loan.
The loan from Bank of the Ozarks paves the way for a Starwood Aloft Hotel, 55k SF of retail and restaurants, a 131-unit condo project and a 100k SF office.
The mixed-use slated for 2950 NE 207th St will also include a 45k SF medical wellness center, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The condos are nearly half-sold, and the office, called ParkSquare Signature, is being marketed as office condos. Graziano's Market and Angelo Elia Pizza Bar & Tapas have already inked leases for the retail space. [SFBJ]
