Demand There for More Condos

How many condos are too many in greater Miami? It’s hard to put a number to that, but according to Ytech International president of development John Breistol, absorption is still strong enough to support additional development, especially in certain places. “Sales within Miami are very promising, especially in the Brickell-area and waterfront properties,” he tells us. The market also still has opportunities in fractured condos, he tells us, a leftover of the bust. Recently multifamily specialist Ytech named John to his position, where he will focus on high-end condo development, vertical ground-up developments, and fractured condos.
