Surf Club Four Seasons Tops Off

Another day, another topping off in development-hungry South Florida: Richard Meier & Partners' residential and hotel development, the Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside, which is currently 75% sold. The development will feature two 12-story residential towers comprised of 150 units, including 12 penthouses, with occupancy slated for early next year. Another distinctive feature: it sports 965 feet of ocean frontage on nine acres.
