Tech's Coming $2B CRE Disruption

Rivergate Cos' Jay Massirman, CBRE's Andrea Cross, Home61's Oliver Grinda and eReal Estate Holdings' Richard Swerdlow were on hand during eMerge America's huge Miami conference earlier this month at the Miami Beach Conference Center to discuss the burgeoning growth of disruptive tech in the commercial real estate marketplace. Since the Great Recession, panelists say more than $45M has been invested in real estate companies' technology. That will grow to $2B by next year.
