Plan Calls For New Nolensville Town Center
Nashville real estate exec Jeff Pate is proposing a $90M development that would be the new town center for Nolensville, called Nolensville Market Square.
Jeff, who's also managing director of Keller Williams' commercial real estate division in Middle Tennessee, says the development behind the town hall would contain 250k SF of offices, retail space and for-sale condos, the Nashville Business Journal reports.
In its position between Brentwood and Franklin, Nolensville is emerging as a lower-cost alternative to those locations. Jeff hopes to obtain authorization for the project by the end of the year. [NBJ]
