Local Investor Buys Berry Hill Retail Property
Elmington Capital Group acquired the 13k SF strip center at the corner of Franklin Pike and Horner Avenue for $3.8M. The property, in Berry Hill in the Melrose submarket, includes a Dollar Tree and Cash America Pawn as tenants. Elmington Capital SVP Ryan Seibels told the Tennessean that the firm bought the Franklin Pike property with a long-term outlook.
