Local Investor Buys Berry Hill Retail Property
Elmington Capital Group acquired the 13k SF strip center at the corner of Franklin Pike and Horner Avenue for $3.8M. The property, in Berry Hill in the Melrose submarket, includes a Dollar Tree and Cash America Pawn as tenants. Elmington Capital SVP Ryan Seibels told the Tennessean that the firm bought the Franklin Pike property with a long-term outlook.
Nashville-based Elmington, a commercial real estate investment and development specialist, is no stranger to the Melrose submarket. In 2013, the company purchased the 8th Avenue Commons strip center at the corner of Eighth Avenue and Craighead. [Tennessean]
