LOS ANGELES Call him real estate's LeBron James.Brian Eisendrathwas just named theyoungestvice chairman in the CBRE's history at age 33. Brian, whospecializes in multifamily debt and equity finance nationwide, just closed on a $220M financing deal on behalf of client TIAA-CREF for a portfolio of four assets located in Manhattan, Dallas, LA, and San Diego.
