NYC: Real Estate's Wish List for the Mayor-Elect

In a week, NYC's mayor-elect will be three days on the job. Panelists at Wednesday's Bisnow Future of NY Real Estate Post Bloomberg gave their wish lists for new city leaders, from diversity of real estate stock to more tax consistency. They pointed out income-producing properties' role in the City's cash flow: 21% of the $69.9B 2014 budget, a larger share than sales and personal income taxes combined.
