PHILLY: Center City's Multifamily Strength

In a deal that exemplifies Center City's strong multifamily market and the rise of out-of-town buyers, Pearl Properties developed The Granary at 20th and Callowhill in Logan Square for $66M, quickly selling it to California-based Lowe Enterprises for $120M in October. The project includes 227 apartments and 20k SF of ground-floor retail.
