Berkshire And Strategic Capital Partners Form $500M JV

Real estate investment companies Berkshire Group and Strategic Capital have formed a $500M JV, the companies said in a joint statement.

Combining Berkshire's multifamily know-how with Strategic's office, industrial and retail expertise, the duo will develop and acquire a portfolio of industrial, office and mixed-use properties.
