Cushman & Wakefield's Latest Tri-State Hire Comes From GE Capital Real Estate
Cushman & Wakefield has brought on Joseph Manasseri, formerly of GE Capital Real Estate, as senior managing director of asset services for the Tri-State region.
He’ll preside over the firm’s asset services division, which serves 50M SF of office, industrial and retail space. “We’re excited to have someone of his caliber join the firm,” Cushman & Wakefield Tri-State president Ron Lo Russo said in a statement.
Joseph was managing director of asset management for GE, overseeing the asset management group and the 3,200 properties served by it across North America, Europe and Asia.
His focus at Cushman & Wakefield will be on recruitment, team engagement and cultivation of best practices. He brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate to the position.
